![]() ![]() PS :My laptop dosent really freezes due to this constant CPU usage. But in my opinion, MSI afterburn is mostly accurate. After seeing the temperature, if you feel that the temperature reading is wrong, you can use other CPU temp measuring tools to verify. In the new window, you will see all the CPU core temperatures. OS : Windows 10 Home (fully updated to a point where I regret even updating it) Click the left bottom side button called Detach. ![]() Since I had previously used the MSI 'Gaming App', and saw it no longer worked with my new GPU, I decided to give this software a try. So, is this some sort of bug or there is something seriously wrong with my laptop? Dragon Center 100 CPU usage Hello, I just purchased an RTX 2070 Gaming Z and while looking through the software, I saw there was an app called Dragon Center. Moreover, some days ago I updated my windows 10 to the latest version(Microsoft kept forcing me ) after which this problem came to my notice.Īnother weird thing is that this happens only to task manager, I mean when I am looking at the usage using Intel XTU or MSi dragon center the CPU usage is coming up as pretty genuine. I am windows 10 user and recently I came across the fact that my Task manger always shows 100 % usage no matter what I am doing.įor example if I am surfing the internet then it shows chrome to be using more 90% of cpu, if the laptop is left idle then it's either task manager itself, or some other windows service like "system", or "antimalware service executable" using all my CPU and closing these services means that the usage will just start fluctuating between other services.
